Orders can be placed directly through our online store. All prices are listed in CAD (Canadian Dollars) and include applicable taxes. Payments are securely processed through Stripe, which complies with the highest industry security standards.
We ship from Ontario, Canada. Orders are usually processed within 2–4 business days. Delivery times depend on your location and the selected shipping method. International shipments may take longer due to customs clearance.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Please contact us at store@llamaandhome.com to start a return. Custom-made or personalized products are non-refundable.
